Remove f.adoptwindow ref's from sample files.  This is important for
system.ctwmrc since it would fail cfgchk tests when built without
captive support, and is just done unconditionally across the board
because it's a silly thing to have in any sort of normal examples even
if it weren't going to go away soon-ish.
