(1) Updated /usr/bin/cubic to ensure that the application is not started as a root user and that the user is a member of the sudoers group. Added appropriate error messages. (2) Updated 'usr/share/cubic/cubic.py to ensure it is not executed directly, and added a message to read the manual page for information on running Cubic from the  command line. (3) Updated the man page with notes on how to run Cubic from the  command line.
