Update the code to work standalone again
This ports the akonadi-facebook to LibKFbAPI (which is renamed LibKFacebook)
and syncs the code with kdepim-runtime.
This is done so that those distros shipping this package can continue
shipping it until they ship proper KDE PIM 4.10, where this resource
now resides.
