debian/patches/ignore_duplicates_in_ip_config_cca4052.patch: ignore (don't
print warnings on syslog) if there are duplicates in NMIP[46]Config. In
particular, RDNSS messages could list the same nameserver twice; which
would cause a warning; avoid printing out these and spamming syslog.
