* debian/patches/git_wpas_removed_tag_scanning_4962cbf9.patch: clear
WPAS_REMOVED_TAG when scanning; this avoids unstable APs from being
removed unnecessarily from the scan list.
* d/p/0002-wifi-expose-the-last_seen-property-for-a-NMAccessPoi.patch:
Properly compare last_seen timestamps as boottime timestamps, so APs can
be removed in a timely manner. (LP: #1425172)
* d/p/0002-wifi-cull-the-scan-list-before-signalling-ScanDone-b.patch:
moved the last-seen update when culling the scan list to the last-seen
patch above, where it should be.
* debian/patches/scan_interval_tweaks.patch: reduce the delay before old APs
are pruned from the scan results to a balanced minimum or about two scans
worth of scan results rather than a 6 minutes total. The effective delay
will be around 2 to 4 minutes before removal, depending on the scanning
interval NM uses. Clients can use last-seen to further remove old APs
from scan lists they will display to users.
