Add patch from Pascal Bleser to bring _set_one, _set_minus_one, _set_zero, _toggle, and _minus_toggle controls to every ControlPotmeter. This is a band-aid for our lack of scripting but it affects enough use-cases since we have tons of [0, 1] ranged potmeters. Add Pascal Bleser to the credits. Fixes Bug #946432
