no longer use user 'ubuntu', but rather provision a new 'demo' user.
Now, in all cases, instead of using the 'ubuntu' user a new user
is provisioned. The sudo permissions for that user can be set
at the config level. This is definitely to be improved on, but
works for what we need for now.
templates/cloud-init/password-enable is replaced by user-setup
for easy grepping, i've used 'iusername' throughout anywhere where
the instance's username is used.
