Remove all the urllib.quote/unquote logic.

Revision names containing a compound branch name (project/branch)
or special names (current:, null:) were url-encoded and looked ugly.

If I remove all the quoting logic, it does not break and looks better
(with trace 0.11). It will surely breaks with branch names or revid
containing a ',', and it might break for revid containing a '/'. But
I do not care about those corner cases for my own use.
