get_diff_gz.py: Also take revision from previous release
When a package has to be built for trusty and utopic
the trusty packages gets 1~getdeb1 and the utopic package
1~getdeb2~utopic.
So take the revision from the previous release and do not hardcode
1~getdeb1.
