Get the each region's block size from GDE, using a run_gde_cmd() sourced from ovregions.
Validate the region list and translate '*' to the actual region names using ovregions.
Disable the check for 0.9.x functions, because the check occasionally fails when it should pass.
Print the region name before each region's listing.
