Improve .bzrignore. Create .gitignore.
.bzrignore did not previously ignore files and directories created by
`make setup`, `make`, `make test` or `make coverage`. Now it does.
.bzrignore now also ignores temporary files created by Vim or Emacs.
Finally, .bzrignore has been duplicated to .gitignore, for the benefit
of developers who use Git instead of Bazaar.
