Moved icon settings to its own tab

* editor.py, data/ui/edit.ui
  - moved img_icon & buttons to own tab
  - use e_icon instead of utils.get_name_from_image()
    to get current icon
  - use grid_icon_img instead of bt_icon for drag & drop
  - show icon at 64, 32, 24, 16px
  - added e_icon,  on_e_icon_changed()

* utils.py
  - removed get_name_from_image()
  - load_file_into_image(): added 'size' parameter
