Improved error handling when printing

* druwez/convertererror.py
  - added ErrorDialog, FileErrorDlg, ContentErrorDlg
  - added ask_on_invalid_print_data()

* druwez/printing.py
  - print_file(): added parameter 'converter', use it for error
    message
  - print_job(): exit if print_file() returns False
