Remove _structlike in favor of epsilon.structlike.record

Fixes #898

_structlike was originally copied out of atop.tpython, then copied
into epsilon and modified slightly.  Now that Imaginary and Epsilon
are in the same repository, there is no reason for Imaginary not to
just use the version in Epsilon.
