improvement for ftransfer
- Remove options related to tone generator
In my first plan, this program generates sine wave.
But I gave up because my ALSA driver uses interleaved buffer in contrast of FFADO.
- Add string option for libffado API to match devices
In my plan, GUID is used for this purpose.
But libffado have a bug related to strtoll(3) and C99/C++11.
- Add verbose option for libffado debugging.
