Initialize default resolver mode with int literal
Revert part of 5cf9ab62a5cda1f3d9d83955a938892e6ca6bf03 since C doesn't
permit initializing with a const int. Clang permits this, but GCC does
not.
Set default to IPv4 lookups (A records) only.
