Remove the .desktop files for click packages as ual ignores them.
Update the tests to deal with the switch to use ual for finding apps.
Update the dialer/browser desktop files to work around GAppInfo issue.
Update the departments for dialer/browser to be more correct.
Set XDG_DATA_DIRS in test script too, to avoid system apps.
