Kernel: Fixed up patching of kernel source to build debian package
Kernel: Experimented with git pull --depth=1 to speed up build but producing the exact same version string from this seems difficult. I can get close, but the current code seems to contain a number of revisions after the last tag, which I can't work out how to obtain. Slow checkouts for the moment then.
