Improved error handling (and reduced duplication) in master by centralizing exception handling for socket errors, xmlrpc faults, and xmlrpc protocol errors while communicating with slave into proxy of ProxyServer which will throw a new exception named 'SlaveCommunicationError'. Fixes LP #734874.
