Fix for bug #759165 - Graphite version needs to be in settings.py and accessible via a URL
A variable was added to settings.py called WEBAPP_VERSION (theoretically, carbon and webapp could be different)
accessable at http://hostname/version/
It's plaintext easily parseable - no <html> <head> <body> tags for ease of use.
Modify the django template at templates/version.html to change this.
