Remove twisted.components.Interface completely.

Remove deprecated twisted.python.components functionality:
MetaInterface, Interface, getAdapterClass, and
getAdapterClassWithInheritance.
Also convert all twisted interfaces to use zope.interface directly
(including removing "self" argument), and remove redundant tests.
