Initial commit.

The goal here is to support attachments for Tomboy notes, in at least a proof of concept way.

Current revision does the following:
* Glues on an Attachments pane, inside the scrolled container for each note, below the text box.
* Responds to files being dropped on to notes, adding a representation of those files in the attachments pane.
* Attached files can be opened via the attachments pane.

It does not:
* Remember attachments.
* Allow for the removal of attachments
* Support drag and drop onto or out of the attachments pane itself.
* Contain a context menu or an option to create a file from the attachments pane.
* Support copying or moving files to "the note". (Presently just creates links).
