More polish for templates.

harvest.js:
Initial state is stored in harvest_results.
Current xhr is stored in its respective DOM node.
Removed redundant functions related to expanding and collapsing packages.
Support for loading and waiting indicators.
Faster animations for expanding and collapsing packages. (150ms from 250ms).

style.css:
Minor style changes for results. Rounded corners are more subtle. They indicate closure, so the bottom corners are not rounded for a collapsed package (but they are for an expanded package).
Removed changing colours for links. Now we just add an underline when they are hovered.
Implemented loading indicator for package details.
Fixed broken line wrap for sourcepackage-header in Firefox.
Fixed misspelled rule for #sitelogo.
