- explicitly note that this code is allowed (expected) to link
against OpenSSL
- the original authors wrote this code against #include <openssl/*>
and CLEARLY intended and implied for this code to be built against
OpenSSL libraries
- so state this explicitly, such that Debian, Ubuntu, and other
distributions can be comfortable building ecryptfs and linking
against OpenSSL
- followed the instructions at
http://people.gnome.org/~markmc/openssl-and-the-gpl.html
