Migrate the default crypto provider for libecryptfs from gcrypt to
nss. This change reflects support for the Fedora crypto consolidation
effort:

This patch integrates the autoconf/automake changes necessary to
support building against nss, so that other cryptographic libraries
may be easily exchanged with nss should the need to do so arise in the
future.
