Settings popover bugfixes (#46)

* when using hotkeys to cycle over subtitles and audios, make sure it doesn't set active item to unexisting index

* refresh subtitle an audio list if video file changes; also update lists if needed when using hotkeys for next audio or subtitle

* fix property notification

* * disconnect from changed event when building audio and subtitle list
* fixed wrong active audio item - it was set from subtitle track index
* remove other items from audio combobox when displaying "Default"

* revert listening for uri changes, it already works withouth it

* fix code style
