[API] Add SourceList widget.

This widget is meant to be a replacement for the current sidebar widget. Its simple yet extensive object-oriented API allows developers to quickly add a sidebar to their application, without having to deal with GTK+'s TreeView widget and and all the concepts it involves. Please refer to the API documentation for more details. Fixes lp:810826.
