Added XML file used by Appearance preferences tool to
list available desktop backgrounds. Note that it's not a
siple image used as desktop background, so <wallpaper> element
point to another XML file, that should contain the animation
details (timing, images...).

TODO: don't hardcode /usr/share/ path
