Changes:
      * Added Author and Keyword comments at the top.
      * Added a menu.
      * Added skeletons for most of the Django template tags and a mechanism to insert them.
      * Changed keybindings so they don't conflict with user-definable C-c bindings.
      * Fixed a typo in the django-html-close-tag function.
