Reverted changes introduced in rev. 1120.

The change to equilibrium separation caused an unforeseen issue when bonds break resulting in numerical instability in fracture simulations. 

N.B. The bugfix in rev. 1124 reduces the peak strength of bonded particle models by about 10%. Caution should be taken when using versions later than rev. 1124 with parameters calibrated using versions prior to rev. 1124.
