Enhance blacklisted folder visualization in File's Tab matching the mockup

* Make the AppSelection dialog to be orderer automatically by usage.
* Fixed a segmentation fault dued to null pixbufs.
* Force the size of the blacklisted directory's text to be consistent with the size of the label above.
* Added updated .pot file.

[Applications-widget: ApplicationChooserDialog] Various fixes here and there:
* Removed duplicated code for applications insertion.
* Gettextized some strings.
* Align "last used" string on the left, matching the mockup.
* Added hour and minute in "last used" string, matching the mockup.
* Added "Today" and "Yesterday" instead of the date, matching the mockup.
* Added "Never" string for never used applications.
* Fixed visualization problem when adding and suddenly removing an application from the blacklist.
* Use "gtk-execute" as application's icon if the application's icon isn't in the current IconTheme.
