 * In content/pluginInstallerWizard.js:
   - Fixed getString and getFormattedString (exception catching).
 * In locale/en-US/ubufox.dtd: String 'Get Ubuntu Addons' is corrected to 'Get Ubuntu Extensions'.
 * In content/ubuntuAddonsOverlay.xul: String for getUbuntu value attribute is fetched from ubufox.getubuntuextension, not hard-coded anymore.
 * String ubufox.getubuntuextension is moved from ubufox.properties to ubufox.dtd, because it's only used in XUL.
