[ADD] New extension to handle the pricing of the products in OpenERP: * in the core, prices are managed in Magento and used when a sale order is imported * when magentoerpconnect_pricing is installed: * a pricelist on the backend defines the default price in Magento * a pricelist on the websites define the prices on the websites (if not set, use the default) * when a sale order is imported, is is linked with the website's pricelist * the price of the magento products is imported only when the product is imported the first time * the price is exported when `on_product_price_changed` is fired * the prices of all products is exported when the pricelist is changed on the backend / website * updated documentation with a how-to for the pricing [FIX] some fixes * write the sync date when we bind a record * use the en_US language by default during the jobs execution	Guewen Baconnier	11 years ago
