Stuff ported from the clock branch:

  Added the PafClock:status property and the PafClockStatus enum for this.
  Added getters and setters for the properties of PafClock.
  Removed paf_clock_start(), paf_clock_pause() and paf_clock_stop(), since these
  operations should be done with paf_clock_set_status().
