Changed impedance definition so that the same expressions apply to both
polarisations. See the forthcoming review article by Lawrence et al in
Advances in Optics and Photonics. For the Hz polarisation, the E and H
matrices now take different values, as do the impedance matrices
themselves. The calculated transmission matrices should be the same as
previously, but the reflection matrices will differ by a sign, because
of the change in the expression for the Bloch mode expansion, which now
takes the same form for both polarisations.
