paramiko.SSHClient is broken as doesn't allow to get rc for command.

Or even explicitly wait for command's completion for that matter. And
it's not clear if reading from stdout/stderr would help. Due to all this,
we had some gerrit comments swallowed (because apparently script finished
too soon after SSHClient.exec_command()).
