Reduce the concurrency of the lp:mir builds to the default (2-way). We're seeing some virtual memory exhaustion errors and part of the problem could be too much parallelism. Plus the new cloud based pbuilders only have 2 vCPUs and therefor not able to do much with a 4-way build.
