saucy does not have armhf images, make maas images build

in utlemming absense, smoser patched this here.  Not sure where
the correct knowledge of what arches for this distro there are.
but somewhere (presumably around 5-14) saucy stopped building for maas
images, and seems likely related to the absense of armhf files.
