Fixed a bug where the softness of a transition didn't work in
some locales and encodings.  It was always a hard line along
the wipe.

Fixed a bug where the transition properties, and right click 
menu on a transition / mask didn't work in other languages.  There
was some english hard-coded logic.  Also changing a transition
to a mask would crash OpenShot in a different language.

I just tried out the newest French and Finnish translations, and
they work great.  Every feature seemed to work great.  I'm very
excited it looks like we've finally figured out this foreign
language stuff!!! =)
