changes to the restclient lib:
  * use httplib2 instead of httplib
  * some style, typo and best-practice fixes
  * use pprint in test file
  * refactored http helper methods (only one used now instead of one for each HTTP method)
  * removed host and email address validation (not necessary)
  * use operator.itemgetter instead of lambdas to sort dicts
