[ADD] modules base_delivery_carrier_files and its submodules base_delivery_carrier_files_document, delivery_carrier_file_laposte and delivery_carrier_file_tnt. base_delivery_carrier_files is a module to handle and generate the carrier files asked for each delivery order by some carriers. It allows to create carrier files configuration for each carrier and export the delivery orders, automatically or manually, grouped or not in the files. base_delivery_carrier_files_document is auto-installed when the document module is present. delivery_carrier_file_laposte is a sub-module of the base and it specify the export for La Poste (France. delivery_carrier_file_tnt is a sub-module of the base and it specify the export for TNT Express Shipper (France.
