* Fixes EPG for DVB-S devices
* Makes Transponder a const parameter for Frontend::tune_to()
* Fixes a bug that prevented saving polarisation, fec_inner and inversion from working
correctly for DVB-S devices (though a bad value seems to be stored now instead of
NULL for polarisation)
