Minor update to the Fludity Debian control file; it turns out that we now
depend on libadjoint at runtime, and that we require 'make' to run the examples
as described in the manual. These two omissions thrown up by installing
Fluidity on a bare-bones EC2 instance. 

This will be pushed to the release branch as well and thus into live packages.
