Changes needed to add in sediment re-entrainment:
- re-jigged compile order
- removed redudant modules from k_epsilon that meant it had to be compiled after preprocessor. It's now compiled before
- added new sediment directory. Didn't really want to do this, but preprocessor depended on the sediment module and I couldn't move assemble before preprocessor. Makes things kind of neat for future developments though
- moved sediment diagnostics from assemble to sediments
- new sediment module which has the re-entrainment function in
- new options in sediment fields
All this is completely untested and is broken. Just committing before I go and delete it or something stupid. It compiles and make test passes ok, so hopefully this won't offend Mr BuildBot. Next step is to make some tests. Yippee.
