Changed the options passed to curl for setting the timeout.  The
TIMEOUT option is independent of activity, which means that once
the delay is reached, the connection will be dropped no matter
how well the transference is going.  The new options will be based
on the activity of the transference instead, and only disconnect
after so much time without any data being seen.
