- Compile now is able to handle sequences internally, meaning that
  initializing things to empty tuples isn't needed anymore, and
  single items can be passed where sequences are expected.
- For the same reason, ClassInfo.tables isn't needed anymore.
- Select now handles DISTINCT.
- Update now uses a dictionary in a 'set' parameter.
