- Implemented result.to_kind(). It'll be used soon to process
  kinds that need some support from the database, like unicode
  strings that have no way to be dealt by the kind itself
  without knowing which encoding to use.
- Implement datetime, date and time support on postgres backend. It's
  still missing timezone support.
