- Moved help messages from data/help directly into the source and
internationalized them with gettext.
- HelpOnScreen did only consider KEYUP as user activity; now any
keyboard, mouse or joystick event will be recognized as such.
- Removed the credits.
TODO:
- Once Freevial gets a menu, it should have a credits option in it.
- The text overlay (used for full help and question comments) should
show up/down arrows, when necessary, and allow to scroll. The text size
is now constant.
