* Allow per pocket tarball dir. This is needed if you have more than one
  version of the same source package (like a stable and a dev version).
  In that case, they need to be in different pockets and have different
  build_dir and tarballs_dir values (one pair could stay the default).
  Per pocket buildir dir was already possible, we do the do the right
  thing to clean that up now
