Merge bash completion support [f=798652] [r=niemeyer, frazier]

Adds tab completion support for ensemble's cli. If you are running from source and not using the package you can simply add misc/bash_completion.d/ensemble to your /etc/bash_completion.d directory or source the file in your ~/.bashrc
